A visual identity for the organization advancing new rules for Americans to access onchain markets
Hyperliquid Policy Center is a new research and advocacy organization in Washington, D.C., building the policy and legal frameworks for a clear, regulated path to onchain markets in the United States.
They came to me at the start, with an ambitious deadline: launch the identity and website alongside the announcement of their CEO, a prominent crypto lawyer Jake Chervinsky, in February 2026. The timing gave us a clear opportunity to establish a public presence from day one.
Having previously worked on the Hyperliquid blockchain identity, I designed a brand system that stays close to its visual world while giving the Policy Center a distinct voice. I led the brand identity, illustration design, and website art direction through WE3, a design agency focused on crypto and web3 clients.
Washington, D.C. called for a more measured expression: credible and composed, while still high-tech and forward-looking. I built the mark around the Hyperliquid blob, adding a metaphor of a second ripple line to represent the policy and legal changes the organization aims to set in motion
.
The work was delivered to the launch timeline, giving a new organization the visual foundations and digital space to recruit talent and show up in Washington with a clear, representative presence.
